The Role:

Due to the rapid growth of our Company, we are actively looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Limassol, Cyprus. The candidate will be on the front line and will be dedicated in creating and implementing an effective sales strategy for onboarding new clients to help our company expand its clientele. The aim is to promote sustainable financial growth by enhancing sales and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching, initiating, and executing plans to develop partnerships and generate clientele.

  • Identifying new business development opportunities for the Company.

  • Developing and maintaining a strong professional business relationship with clients mainly by phone, email, and social networks.

  • Promoting the Company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner.

  • Providing proactive and excellent client service at all times.

  • Providing clients with on-going updates on the market.

  • Dealing with partner requests.

  • Ensuring effective delivery of the service, meeting Company’s standards.

  • Assisting new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate administration of sales.

  • Preparing and executing demo presentations of Dealio’s platform to potential clients.

  • Informing all existing and potential clients of any new products and promotions that the Company is offering

  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the Company.

  • Providing ongoing professional guidance to existing and new clients.

  • Posting information regarding Company’s products and services to relevant forums.

  • Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to clients ensuring that they receive the best level of service.

  • Organizing and participating in partnership events both in person and remotely.

  • Organizing and participating in expos in various countries.

  • Monitoring and reporting on client activities and providing relevant management information.

Requirements:

  • BA/MSc degree in Business Management/Banking/Finance/Economics/Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales.

  • Hands-on experience within the FinTech/FX industry will be considered an advantage.

  • Prior working experience and knowledge of trading platforms (such as MT4/MT5 and/or Match Trader) is a plus.

  • Proven sales track record and ability to work on targets set by the Company.

  • Flexibility to travel for work and visit expos, when and if required.

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.

  • An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with clients and business associates.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or counter verse.

  • Must be enthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivated with strong sales skills.

  • Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work.
